2. What the App Does

Quantivo Pro provides financial, health, math and utility calculators for informational and reference purposes only.

All calculations are estimates. They are NOT:

Professional financial advice
Legal advice
Medical advice
Tax advice

Always consult a qualified professional before making financial, legal, health or tax decisions.

3. Free vs Pro

Free Tier: Limited calculators, ad-supported, 3 favourites limit.

Pro (Available as Annual Subscription or One-Time Lifetime):

Unlocks all calculators
Removes ads
PDF exports
Unlimited favourites

Subscription details: Annual subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments processed via Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant).
We do not store your card details.
Refund Policy: All purchases (both subscriptions and lifetime) are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.
Invoice provided for all INR purchases.

5. Disclaimers

Affiliate Links

The App may show affiliate links to third-party services. We may earn a commission if you sign up. Third-party sites have their own terms.

Free users see ads served by Google AdMob. Ad targeting is handled by Google. Pro users see no ads.

6. User Accounts & Prohibited Use

You must be 18+ to create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your OTP and account secure. We use email OTP only — we never ask for passwords.
Guest usage is allowed with limited features.

Prohibited Use

You must not reverse engineer, copy, redistribute the App, use it for fraud, hack our servers, misrepresent estimate PDFs, or use the App for illegal activities under Indian law.

7. Legal & Liability

Intellectual Property

All calculators, formulas, UI, the "Quantivo Pro" name and logo are owned by Srastr Technologies. You may not copy or create derivative works without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any financial, health, legal or other losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee it.
We may perform maintenance or remove/update calculators.
We may discontinue the service with 30 days' notice.

8. Other Terms

Data & Privacy

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. We collect only your name and email for account purposes; your calculation history remains strictly on your device. We never sell personal data.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be notified via the App.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
